Skove, Davidson Earn Academic All-MAC

ANNVILLE, Pa. - Senior Kirstyn Davidson and junior Jenna Skove of the Stevenson University women's tennis team were each named to the Middle Atlantic Conference All-Academic Team on Wednesday.  Stevenson was one of three programs with multiple members of the team.

The MAC sports information directors nominate and vote for the Academic All-MAC teams, giving 50 percent weight on both academic success and athletic success. A student-athlete must have a spring semester grade-point average (GPA) of 3.20 or higher to be eligible for the award.

Davidson, a Biology major, was a MAC Commonwealth First Team All-Conference selection in 2018-19.  She finished 5-1 in MAC Commonwealth play in singles and 11-9 overall.  Davidson was also 5-1 in conference doubles play and finished 10-8 in doubles action.

Skove, a Middle School Education major, was also a MAC Commonwealth First Team All-Conference choice.  Skove finished with a 4-2 mark in doubles play and a 10-8 ledger overall She also earned six singles victories on the season.
