Garner Makes 2008 All-CAC 2nd Team
York, Pa - Villa Julie Men's Tennis Player Korey Garner was named to the 2008 Capital Athletic Conference Second Team for his outstanding performances this year.
Karner was a constant thorn on the court against his opponents. With two of the CAC teams ranked nationally in the country, it was always going to be a difficult year for the Mustangs in their inaugural season in the CAC. Korey showed that fighting Mustang spirit against tough opponents, going 8-8 in singles this year despite that fact that he kept moving up in the lineup all season long. Korey had some very impressive wins on spring break and some key CAC victories during the season. The tennis team is glad to have Korey returning for one more year in which he can hopefully help the team as much as he did this year.
