Kane will enter his third season as an assistant men's soccer coach at Stevenson in 2009. A standout player for head coach John Plevyak at McDaniel, he will help oversee team fitness and player development.

A 2006 graduate of McDaniel, Kane was a three-time All-Centennial Conference First Team selection and was named Centennial Conference Player of the Year in 2004. He was also a two-time NCAA Regional All-American Second Team honoree in 2004 and 2005.

Kane ranks third on the school's career scoring list with 114 points while ranking third with 48 goals and fifth with 18 assists.
