Manocheh Named CAC Field Hockey Player of the Week

YORK, Pa. - Stevenson junior Katelyn Manocheh (Timonium/Maryvale Prep) was named CAC Field Hockey Player of the Week on Monday, earning her second career honor, all in the last six weeks of the award. She also earned the honor during the final week of the 2008 season on November 3.

Manocheh scored three of the team's four goals last week, including a game-winner in a 2-1 victory at Hood in a CAC contest on Wednesday. She scored both goals in the team's first conference victory of the season before adding the game-tying goal to force overtime in the team's 3-2 loss against Drew who is tied for first place in the Landmark Conference.

Stevenson returns to action on Thursday with a non-conference contest at Randolph-Macon beginning at 5:00 p.m.
